How We Move

 

The body does so many incredible things for us, it’s time to do something by for it. From restorative flows to heart-pumping jump, we have a class that fits your body’s needs - whatever they may be.

Grip socks are required for all classes and privates and are available for purchase at the studio.

Must book at least 1 hour before class and cancel at least 10 hours before class.

 

Start

To begin a consistent movement practice, you have to start somewhere. This class is ideal to take that first step on the reformer.

Reformer based. Ideal for beginners.

Build

This class helps increase strength, endurance, flexibility and balance —so you can build your Pilates foundation on the reformer.

Reformer based. All levels welcome. Prenatal up to 16 weeks.

Amplify

Increase the intensity and progress your Pilates practice with our Amplify class. With continuous sequences, balancing challenges and more, this class offers a strengthening flow from one movement to the next.

Reformer based. Previous pilates experience recommended. Prenatal up to 16 weeks.

Sweat

Pick up some weights and hop on the reformer. Our Sweat class utilizes your Pilates foundation while challenging your body with functional training on and off the reformer for long-term benefits.

Reformer with weights. Previous pilates experience recommended.

Align

Give your body the love and care it needs. This slow-paced class leads you through active stretches and movement to increase functional mobility.

All levels welcome. Ideal for beginners.

Expand

Take a deep breath with this restorative movement and breath work class. Whether you're new to breath work or a seasoned pro, experience guided breath work exercises and movement to live you grounded and relaxed.  

All levels welcome.

Jump

This all-out cardio class uses the jump board to increase your heart rate and keep it up. Incorporating low-impact intervals, weights and more, you’ll get the endorphin rush you’re looking for.

Reformer based. Previous Pilates experience recommended. Prenatal up to 16 weeks.

Community Class

Continue your practice with our donation-based class taught by our student teachers who have gone through our Pilates Teacher Training at The Body Process.
