Pre & Postnatal Pilates Essentials

Join Erica Bell April 6th at 12pm for a pre and postnatal movement and connection workshop

Spend the afternoon learning how to safely engage your core and pelvic floor muscles using Pilates and breath work. Throughout pregnancy and the postpartum journey, the body experiences remarkable changes that significantly impact core and pelvic floor functionality. By understanding these changes and their implications on exercise, you can modify your fitness routine to prevent injury or discomfort during these delicate times. We’ll spend the first part of class exploring the intricate anatomy of these muscles and then transition into invigorating breath work and Pilates exercises on the reformers. You’ll leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and armed with the knowledge to navigate your pregnancy/postpartum journey with ease!

Everyone will get a handout they can keep with all information and resources as well as a perinatal gift bag with goodies to support you on your journey.

Early Bird $65 until March 29th

(reg. price $75)

“The Body Process is the MOST INCLUSIVE, the most adorable and beautiful space to practice pilates. The instructors are knowledgeable! I have been practicing what I thought was pilates for years, but boy was I wrong! Shoutout to Danielle P and Magen! This is woman-owned and I love the studio. I like a mix of taking privates and classes. I'm a loyal fan, forever!”
