Jenna Mok is the founder of Bulletproof Your Back (BYB), a highly effective program built for busy, high-performing individuals who want to learn how to heal from back pain. Certified by Balanced Body and informed by her own journey overcoming Spondylolisthesis, Scoliosis, Sciatica pain, and Stenosis, Jenna combines Pilates, posture therapy, and research-backed rehabilitation techniques to create a system that fits into real life — not just the perfect studio setting.

With over a decade of experience in Pilates and dance, helping clients regain strength, stability, and confidence, Jenna bridges Pilates and rehab to help people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love — without fear of pain holding them back.
