Cancellations
GROUP CLASSES | 10-hour cancellation window
LATE CANCELLATION - if you cancel your class after the 10hr mark, you will lose your class credit and there will be a $10 fee incurred
NO SHOW - if you do not show up for class and you have not canceled your class in Wellness Living or by emailing us, it’s considered a “no show”. You will lose your class credit and there will be a $25 fee incurred
WAITLIST - our waitlist will automatically promote you to the class if a spot becomes available up to 9 hours before class
PRIVATE SESSIONS | 24-hour cancellation window
Private Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice. If you do not cancel within this time frame or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for that session

Studio Practices
All group classes and private sessions are 50 minutes and will begin and end promptly as scheduled, regardless of arrival time
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled session
For safety reasons, we have a 5-minute arrival window, then the door will be locked. You may join class up to 10 minutes after class has started, should you arrive late and the door is locked, please be mindful of the class and gently knock to be let in (we keep our door locked for the safety of our community)
Please turn your phone off or keep on silent while you are in the studio
Grip Socks are required for both safety and sanitation reasons in the studio, we do have socks for sale should you need
We recommend wearing comfortable athletic/yoga wear to your session and tying your hair back
Sales Policies
Payment is due when services are rendered
We accept all credit and debit cards
Please keep track of package expiration dates for classes and private sessions
New client offers are only available for purchase once
All sales are final, sorry no refunds
